Brandon Colucci, Andrew Achter and Nick Anderson will be flown to one of five locations in Europe in early April to compete in Red Bull's "Can You Make It?" competition.

The premise is that they have one week to make it to Amsterdam using only Red Bull as currency. They have one smartphone, but no cash or credit cards.

The trio was very happy to be one of the 18 teams selected to represent the U.S. in the competition.

"This news is exciting for us, but we are not surprised as we have received a large amount of support from family members, friends, and the local communities during the voting process.," Colucci said.

Colucci said the competition is based on three categories. The amount of social support for the team, checkpoint challenges completed and the number of adventure tasks completed.

"This is where we will need everyone's support once again from April 10 to April 17 during the competition," he added. "As a team, we have the energy to feed off of each other in order to never give up. Our "send it" mentality is one of the key strengths that set the BroPeds apart from the rest.”
