Police in Virginia said that five men now have been charged in connection with a reported break-in from earlier this week. The charges range from fleeing on foot, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and criminal damage to property.

Officers responded to a call about a burglary in progress on the 400 block of 6th Avenue South around 11pm.

The report was that at least three people had kicked in the lower apartment door, and then attempted to force open the upper apartment door.

Officers located several males running near the apartment. Five were located and arrested. Then, a juvenile met officers at the Virginia jail a short time later to turn himself in.

The five who are facing charges include:

Nicholas Altobelli, 18

Nathen Zadnikar, 19

Logan Rasmussen, 20

Logan Winger, 19

Jason Callen, 20

A portion of the case is still under investigation after the police executed a search warrant on a vehicle.
