The body was found about 30 yards off Castle Road in Canosia Township.  The location is about two miles west of the group home where 34-year-old Julian Decoux was last seen on May 5.

The Midwest Medical Examiner's office will confirm the body's identity.  However, due to the circumstances, the sheriff's office believes the remains are likely Decoux.

Foul play is not suspected.

An earlier news release had said that Decoux had left the home before, but had never been gone very long.  Authorities had conducted searches of the area by ground and air after he was reported missing.

The sheriff's office and the Minnesota Health Department continue to investigate Decoux's disappearance.
