Blatnik Reopened After Morning Crash

SUPERIOR, Wi. - Due to slick conditions Wednesday morning, Superior Police closed the Duluth bound lanes of traffic on the Blatnik Bridge. All lanes have since been reopened. 

In a Facebook post around 7:00 a.m., police said "The Duluth Bound lanes of the Blatnik Bridge are closed this morning for an accident. MnDOT is coming to help with the slippery conditions and we will let you know when the bridge is open again."

The bridge was reopened again around 7:40 a.m. Superior Police have apologized for any delays the closure caused commuters.
