The Bayfield Apple Festival is here!  The event is a celebration of all thing autumn in Bayfield, Wisconsin - including apples, arts and crafts, and good food. Come and partake in the fun and enjoy the scenery along the way. The 57th Bayfield Apple Festival runs through Sunday.

Don't miss the crowning of the Apple Queen, and apple peeling contest, or the Saturday evening fish fry at the historic Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion. The festival culminates with the Grand Parade, featuring a mass band with 400 participants playing On Wisconsin, marching down historic Rittenhouse Avenue, to Lake Superior. 

You are going to want to bring an extra layer of clothing, because not only the apples will be crisp.  The high temperature on Saturday will 49 degrees with mostly cloudy skies.  Some light rain is possible in the evening, then mostly cloudy skies again on Sunday with temps in the mid-to upper 40's.  It will be breezy on Sunday with winds from the East gusting to 20 mph.
