The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says Travis Butenhoff of Cloquet was found dead on Nov. 28 at a home in Isabella, which is about 16 miles north of Finland.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office was called to a home on Holden Court around 5:30 a.m. last Wednesday. The 911 caller reported an unresponsive person.

The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office is working to determine a cause of death.

Butenhoff's obituary in the Duluth News Tribune says, "He was a loving person and very kind."

Authorities say they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public.
