Duluth Police have arrested a teenager suspected in a non-fatal shooting earlier this month.

Police say the 16-year-old male was arrested on Friday afternoon and is being held at the Arrowhead Juvenile Detention Center.  Formal charges are pending.

The teen is a suspect in a Feb. 1 shooting.  The shooting victim was in the back seat of a vehicle that collided with another vehicle at the intersection of East 3rd Street and North 10th Avenue East.

Police said at the time that the victim, an 18-year-old man, has injuries that are not life-threatening.
