Authorities are searching for a man police say may be armed and dangerous. According to the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department Facebook page, Andrew Matsen is believed to be involved in an ongoing controlled substance sales investigation. His whereabouts are unknown.


Authorities tried to apprehend Andrew Matsen in Cass Lake on August 12. They say after a short vehicle pursuit, Matsen ran on foot.

Police say during the foot chase, the suspect allegedly fired a firearm.
