Virginia grad publishes first book during the pandemic

Lisa Beck never thought she'd be publishing her first book during a pandemic. But it's actually good timing, in a way.

"We are going to take on new roles and new responsibilities. And in order to do that, and be our best self, we have to take care of ourselves," she explained.

This all began a couple of years ago, when the Virginia graduate started a journey to find deeper happiness and better connections with people. She realized others may benefit as well. And the result is: An Infinite Love: Your journey towards happiness, connection, and loving yourself the most. 

"At the end of each chapter, there is a call to action. How can we learn and move forward, based on the lessons in the book," she shared. "There's a lot of reflection points."
