Sonora Winds is one of the newest Twin Cities-based woodwind chamber group of professionals who both teach and perform. The group is interested in bringing unique music to many audiences, for them to discover and re-discover works by lesser-known composers. In addition to live performances, Sonora Winds records its music to share it with wider audiences. Sonora has embarked on a Polish music-recording project, which will be released this spring. In the meantime, the musicians share their musical talents at different colleges across Minnesota and the upper Midwest.
