South Shore Lions 38th Annual Fishing Contest

The South Shore Lions 38th Annual Fishing Contest will be held on Father's Day weekend at Port Wing Harbor, Wisconsin. The event will be held on Saturday, June 19th from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 20th from 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

All proceeds from this event go to the South Shore Lions for scholarships and local student needs.  It is $30 per person, and includes entry into exclusive participant raffle.  All person on board must have a ticket stub for that boat to register fish (except kids.)  Children 15 and under are free.

Prizes:  $300 for the 1st place Trout and Salmon, $100 for 2nd place Trout and Salmon, $100 to the 1st place "other" fish.

All qualified fish must be caught on a boat that departs from and returns to the Port Wing Municipal boat ramp or Harbor, "By Water." or from shoree adjacent to the harber area proper. The fundraising raffe is back this year with plenty of great prizes. Fishing and raffle tickets available at Johnson's Store, The Port and Hob's SouthShore or call Colleen at 602-810-1003.
