For the last 10 years, Udac and Sir Ben's have worked together to provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

"In our employment services program, we do something called Discovery, where we work with the individual and we find out where their unique talents and abilities lie," says Udac's Employment Services Manager, John McLoughlin. "And we really try and hone in on what the perfect fit is for a career out in the greater community. And it gives them a chance to find meaningful work."

The goal is to create customized work opportunities to meet both the needs of the employer's job requirements, and to cultivate the employee's expertise and independence on the job.

Sir Ben's Owner, Josh Stotts, provides hands-on training to ensure the success of each employee.
