Katie McMahon’s annual Celtic Christmas show will have a unique flavor this year, including Norwegian carols and celebrating the coming Winter Solstice - the longest night and shortest day, the rebirth of the Sun and the promise of springtime, The Mitchell Auditorium welcomes Katie, her band, singers and Escalate Irish Dancers as they regale the audience with festive songs and ancient traditions.

Dubbed Minnesota’s own “Celtic Woman,” Katie McMahon is best known as the original voice of Riverdance. She has graced the stage of The Mitchell Auditorium for over 10 years, offering one of the theater’s liveliest holiday programs. Her ode to the holidays always celebrates the season with a family-friendly program of Christmas songs, stories and lively Irish dance.
