Come join Insight Counseling for a workshop using the arts as an adjunct to healing with mental health clients.  The Book of We is a comical tale of the rare, endangered, and extinct.  The performance addresses healing in non-traditional ways through the arts and incorporates Music and Theatre.  The workshop will be led by Heidi Arneson, the actress, who is a successful artist, playwright, author, and creative talent working in the Twin Cities for 40 years and will include music by Tony Hauser whose 40 year career as a musician spans Flamenco, Classical, Latin, and Brazilian guitar compositions.

The workshop is designed for social workers and professionals who work in Mental Health, but is also open to the public.
