Crucial Conversations for Aging Discussion Groups is a professionally led discussion series for adults ages 55+.  Explore practical ways to create a lifestyle you enjoy and identify strategies for you to develop happiness-boosting habits through self care, community engagement, legacy building, and a right-for-you life purpose.  Discussions will be led by Bonnie Henriksen, Professional Certified Life Coach.   

 Three Locations for Discussion Groups:

Calumet Public Library in Calumet, MN
Community Information Session: Wednesday, January 9 from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Small Group Discussion Series: Wednesday Afternoons, January 23, 30; February 6, 13, 27 from 1:30-3:00 p.m.

Coleraine Public Library in Coleraine, MN
Community Information Session: Thursday, February 28 from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Small Group Discussion Series: Thursday Afternoons, March 14, 21; April 4, 11, 18 from 3:30-5:00 p.m.

Grand Rapids Area Library in Grand Rapids, MN
Community Information Session: Thursday, April 4 from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Small Group Discussion Series: Monday Evenings, April 15, 22, 29; May 6, 13 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
