Law Enforcement Fun Run, a 5K/10K Walk /Run

The inaugural Law Enforcement Fun Run, a 5K/10K Walk /Run will start at Fire Hall Pavilion on 4th Street and will finish at the Four Seasons parking lot.

The races are open to the public.  Cost of $20 for 5K and $25 for 10K before August 5 and $25/$30 up to day of the race.  Participants will receive a t-shirt.  Registration is available online at

Cloquet Eagles Aerie #1163 developed the race to raise funds for local Law Enforcement entities within Carlton County to be utilized for protective equipment.   Included are Carlton County Sheriff’s office, Moose Lake Police Department, Cloquet Police Department and Fond du Lac Police Department.  All departments are furnished with standard equipment, but the purpose of the event and fundraising efforts, donations, and a long-term sustainability of a successful event is to ensure that all officers are adequately furnished with protective equipment for active shooter incidents. 100% of the proceeds and donations will go directly for the vests and replacement vests less cost of hosting the event.
