Beargrease Cutest Puppy Contest Held at Fitger's

DULUTH - The annual Beargrease Cutest Puppy Contest was held on Saturday at Fitger's Inn in Duluth. The contest started back in the 1980's and has been going ever since.

"We have done this for several years and we are very excited to see the cutest of the cute puppies," said Tami Tanskisherman, Fitger's Mall Manager.

There were 37 puppies and prizes were handed out for the first, second, and third place winners. Folks casted ballots for which dogs they thought were cutest.

First place received a $250 value in prizes from Duluth Trading Company, second place received $180 in prizes from Duluth Trading Company, and third place received $85 in prizes from Duluth Trading Company.
