St. Louis County is notifying the public about a Level III predatory offender who has moved into rural Hibbing.
He is 55-year-old Richard James Gibson. He now lives near Stuntz Road and Highway 92, which is also considered Cherry Township.
The fact sheet said he has a history of sexual contact with a girl that he grabbed while she was riding her bike.
Gibson will be supervised by Arrowhead Regional Corrections agents. Offenders who are designated as Level Three, are subject to community notification upon changing addresses.
