Bemidji Police search for four missing teens

The Bemidji Police Department is searching for four teens who are believed to have voluntarily left three different locations on Thursday.

Police said in four separate social media posts that the disapperances do not appear to be suspicious. There was no indication whether any were linked.

David Jacks, 16, was last seen at the Bemidji Walmart at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Bemidji Police say Jacks was brought to the city by another agency and does not have any known family or friends in the area, and he may have gone to Duluth or White Earth. Jacks is 5'9" tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, a blue zip up sweater, and orange tennis shoes. A photo was not provided.

Taylynn Schneider, 17, was last seen running into the woods from Northwest Juvenile Detention Center at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Police believe she may be in the Bemidji area or Itasca County. Lynn is 5'4" tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has blue eyes. Half her hair is brown and half is blonde. She was last seen wearing gray pants, dark gray shirt and gray Skechers shoes. A photo was not provided.

Jasmin Hays, 16, and Zoe Jones, 17, were last seen in the 1800 block of Park Avenue NW at about 8 p.m. Thursday. Police believe both may be in the Solway area.

Hays has brown hair. Her height, weight, and eye color were not released. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a Nike half zip shirt, Nike shoes, and a black and white jacket. Hays has a tattoo of a heart on the back of her right calf.

Jones is 5'4 tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, faded blue jean shorts and brown cowboy boots. Jones has two lip rings.

Anyone with information on the missing teens is asked to call the Bemidji Police Department at 218-333-9111.
