WDIO’s Spencer Pierce is always a good sport about learning new things, like riding a bike or driving a Zamboni. But when reporter Alex Sapp learned that he’d never even been in a car with a manual transmission – he decided to give Spencer a driving lesson!

While there’s a lot of reasons someone would choose to drive one, the learning curve can be steep, especially if you’ve only ever been in an automatic. Alex insists it’s not difficult, but there is a lot to learn, especially how to work the clutch – which can be tricky for beginners.
