The National Association of College & University Food Services is having its annual conference in Duluth, which includes a Top Chef-style showdown among 11 chefs from 11 universities.
The Culinary Challenge goes from 5-7:30 p.m. They have limited time to create dishes for a panel of judges from the American Culinary Federation.

Results will be announced Wednesday morning.
