Bent Paddle Brewing is celebrating it’s May birthday by hosting its 12th Festiversary block party.

Saturday, May 10th, the brewery takes over a section of Lincoln Park with live music, activities, and of course beer. New this year, they are inviting local vendors to set up at Festiversary so you can sip while you shop.

Another new thing they are introducing is something called the thrifty ticket. Co-founder Laura Mullen explains this new addition by saying, “For the first time this year, we wanted to make sure Festiversary was super affordable for everyone. So in addition to the all-in ticket where you get a glass and whatnot, we have a thrifty ticket and those are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate.”

“We just really wanted it to be a celebration of community and all things, beer and fun and family and music and all those things and make sure it’s affordable for everybody,” says Mullen.
