Public health officials are warning of a quad-demic. Respiratory illnesses COVID, the flu, RSV, and along with norovirus have been making the rounds.

Dr. Siddiqui recommends keeping yourself healthy by drinking water, washing your hands, staying home when you sick and getting vaccinated for the flu, COVID and RSV
