To avoid large crowds, people walked in small groups on different routes across the Twin Ports. Good Morning Northland's Tara Terregino, Brandon Weathers and Mariam Mackar joined Alejandra Palacios in participating in the cause. They raised over $1,000 for the Alzheimer's Association.

The group walked almost four miles on Saturday and said they had a blast and enjoyed supporting and helping the cause. This coming Saturday on Sept. 19 is the Walk to End Alzheimer's on the Iron Range.
