Researchers at the University of Minnesota have developed something that could revolutionize how vaccines are given -- and it's in the form of a wafer to put under your tongue.

This area of the mouth is connected to the lymphatic and immune systems. U of M researchers say the wafers could be used for a variety of vaccines; from COVID, to Measles and Hepatitis. They can also be flavored.

As of now it has been tested in trials with mice, but if vaccine makers pick up on this idea it could be on the market for humans in the next three to five years.
