The Process: Tricep dips
Tricep dips are a bodyweight exercise to strengthen the triceps, shoulders, and arms.
Brigette Williams of Living Balanced says there are variations to make the exercise comfortable for you: by using a chair or bench, going on the ground, or doing tricep pushups.
Your arms should only bend to 90 degrees to protect the elbows.
Complete 10 reps for three sets.
