In today's tech bytes: Microsoft releases the smallest Xbox ever-  the new Xbox series S is being released on November 10th. It's said to be 60% smaller than normal Xboxes and it doesn't have a blue-ray disc drive as all games will be downloaded. Price tag is set to be $299.

The Portland Oregon city council has passed the strongest ban in the US blocking facial recognition technology for public and private use. Advocates say facial recognition software is known to have biases based on race, ethnicity, and age.

Finally, your Walmart order may soon be delivered by drone. The retail giant has launched a pilot program to use cloud controlled drones to drop off groceries and other items. For now the service is only available to customers in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
