Pet of the Week: Lilly
Lilly is Good Morning Northland’s Animal Allies Pet of the Week!
She’s a 2-year-old sweetheart who has been at the shelter since May 13th. She’s a charming cat with a big personality and a strong independent streak. Lilly thrives in environments where she has space to herself and can explore at her own pace.
She can become overstimulated easily, especially when being petted or in certain situations, so she would do best in a calm, patient home that understands her boundaries. Lilly loves curling up in cozy corners and perching up high to observe her surroundings.
Her ideal home would be one without other animals, as she prefers not to share her space. She would also do best in a household with no children or with older kids who respect her need for space and independence.
If you’re interested in adopting Lilly, visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road, or call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 starting at 10:30 AM to place a nonrefundable $25 hold toward her adoption fee. This will put you first in line! The Adoption Team is available by phone Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
