Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers guest hosts Jeopardy

Created: April 06, 2021 10:31 AM

Starting this week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is hosting jeopardy - and he's already hearing it from football fans on set.

When it got to final jeopardy Monday, one contestant decided to joke with the QB over how his season ended - asking the question "who wanted to kick that field goal?"

Rodgers laughed and responded by saying, "that's a great question."

Rodgers told ESPN that he spent hours prepping for the two week role - that included watching many episodes and taking pages of notes on how late host, Alex Trebek, best performed the iconic role.

Rodgers said the best way to honor Trebek's memory was to be dialed in, so hat's the approach he took -- saying he was ready to rock and roll!

You can watch the show every Monday through Friday at 7 p.m.
