Happening today here in Minnesota- state health officials are giving youth sports the green-light to once again play in games and scrimmages.

This guidance comes after governor Tim Walz said that practices could start earlier this month and Minnesota high school teams have been thrilled to be back in business since then.

Masks are required in all sports play except for wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading, and swimming- meaning basketball and hockey players will also have to compete in masks. No spectators are allowed.
