The Duluth Boat, Sports, Travel, and RV Show starts Wednesday, February 12 and goes through Sunday, February 16.  Linda and Howard Payne are from Kentucky, but they'll be at the show all weekend sharing their story about living full time in an RV.

"In 2004, way back when, we went on a trip to Alaska and it changed our lives," Linda Payne said.  "When we came back, we said, 'That's where our happiness is, in travel, in nature, in being together.'"

That's when the couple decided to quit their jobs, sell everything, and go on the road in an RV.  They did this without experience and without a paycheck.

"We were only 41 at the time, but we loved it and we've been doing it for 15 years almost," Howard Payne said.

They've traveled through rural America and have visited many of the national parks.

"What we've seen has been amazing," Howard said.  "It's been the best 15 years of our lives."

They'll be sharing more about their journey this weekend at the Duluth Boat, Sports, Travel, and RV Show.  Linda said their number one question when they share their story is, "How do you get your mail?"

"It brings back thrill to us when we get to share it with people who have enthusiasm for it, so we love teaching," Linda said.

They'll be doing rotating seminars every day at the DECC.  One will be about RVing basics and the other one will be about RVing to Alaska.  For more information about the Duluth Boat, Sports, Travel, and RV Show, visit the website here.
