Zach Moder running for for at-large Duluth City Council Seat

Zach Moder
Twin Ports native Zach Moder has announced he is running for the open at-large seat on the Duluth City Council. Moder said he has a unique background in acting, modeling, and entrepreneurship and that he will bring a fresh perspective to challenges.
“I’m running because Duluth needs leadership that listens, acts, and builds for the future; we need to move Duluth not left, not right, but Forward,” said Moder. “Too many people are being priced out of the neighborhoods they grew up in. Affordable housing isn’t just a talking point—it’s the foundation for strong families, thriving small businesses, and a resilient community.”
Moder also stated that he has been endorsed by the Forward Part of Minnesota, an independent third party.
Moder said his campaign is built around three key priorities; affordable housing, creative economic growth, and downtown revitalization.
“I know what it’s like to hustle—to start humble and work your way up. Our city deserves leadership with that same energy and grit,” he added.
