Rock the Bayfront: Who’s playing when

Bayfront Festival Park is the place you want to be for fun entertainment during Grandma’s Marathon Weekend. The community will be Rocking at Bayfront on Friday and Saturday at Bayfront Festival Park. 350 Harbor Drive.

There is free admission and the area is open to the public.

There’s something for everyone – families and kids included – with live music and entertainment at Bayfront Festival Park just beside the waters of the Duluth Harbor.

FRIDAY, JUNE 20
Bayfront Festival Park will be open and selling food and beverages beginning at Noon for the YAF Kids’ Festival and Whipper Snapper Races. The YAF Festival for Kids runs 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. with Whipper Snapper Races at 4:00 p.m. The YAF Festival includes a bounce house and other inflatables, obstacle course, climbing wall, balance bikes and prizes. Bayfront Festival Park will be open until 8 p.m.

  • 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m – Boxcar
  • 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Cloud Cult

SATURDAY, JUNE 21
Bayfront Festival Park will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 11:45 p.m. (With last call for alcohol at 11:30 p.m.) This event is free and open to the public.

  • 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Boxcar
  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Shane Martin Band
  • 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Father Hennepin
  • 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners
  • 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Sydney Hansen
  • 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Woodblind
  • 8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. – Rafe Carson
  • 10:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. – Big Wave Dave and The Ripples

Food and beverages will be for sale at Bayfront Festival Park beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. on Saturday to accomodate Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon finishers and the general public. Sounds Unlimited will provide DJ music between the live acts.
