Glensheen Mansion 2025 summer tours and events announced

(WDIO)
Last year’s summer season at Duluth’s historic Glensheen mansion was hugely successful and the line up for this summer which was just announced on Friday looks exceptional as well.
In addition to the concerts on the pier on Wednesday nights in July and August, self-guided and guided mansion tours also return this summer.
The Lock & Key Tour provides guests with a guided tour of the lesser-known and hidden parts of Glensheen and opportunities to learn more about the Congdon family, servants, and life at the estate. This tour is offered on weekends until July, then daily throughout July & August.
The beer garden in the gardens is also returning, and back by popular demand are Glensheen’s expert storytellers who will be guiding groups on the classic and full mansion tours.
This year, to celebrate 10 summers of concerts on the pier, Glensheen will be bringing back a crowd favorite from each of the past nine summers. Here is the 2025 Concerts on the Pier Lineup:
7.2.25 Black River Revue w/ Dan Israel
7.9.25 Gliteratti w/ Kayla K
7.16.25 Superior Siren w/ Jumpsuit
7.23.25 Big Wave Dave & The Ripples w/ Born Too Late
7.30.25 Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners w/ Mara Lovejoy
8.6.25 Feeding Leroy w/ Shane Nelson
8.13.25 Tin Can Gin w/ Ian George

At Concerts, guests can connect with neighbors and friends, play lawn games, grab some grub from a local food truck, enjoy a refreshing drink, eat locally-made ice cream, and take a seat by the shores of Lake Superior.
Guests are encouraged to paddle or boat in to view the concert from the water, or are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the show from the shore. For each concert this year, Glensheen will also offer a shuttle bus (with a suggested donation) between the UMD campus and Glensheen for each concert this year. Parking at UMD is free in Maroon Lot B during the summer.
