Bayview Township home a total loss after fire

Washburn Emergency Services report that a house and garage in Bayview Township, Wisconsin are a total loss after an early Wednesday fire. The Washburn Fire Department was dispatched to State Highway 13 in Bayview Township at approximately 3:46 a.m. when they received the report of a garage fire involving motorcycles and a tractor.
“Shortly after Washburn crews went en route, dispatch received updates indicating the fire had spread to a nearby residence,” explained a social media post from Washburn Emergency Services. “Upon arrival, fire personnel found both the garage and home fully engulfed in flames, with fire conditions rapidly intensifying and threatening an additional nearby structure.”
Despite the crews efforts, the home and garage were deemed a total loss. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
