Red Wing Shoes in Duluth is one of many businesses that will remain open in order to keep essential workers going. The business says they provide construction workers, miners, healthcare providers and more with the equipment they need to continue serving the public.

“It's nice to know that we are helping people get out truck driving and bring food to grocery stores so people can have food. You can get people in the mines that have to be open or railroad guys. These people can't take days off. They can't be closed. They're essential as well,” Stephen Bockovich, manager of Red Wing Shoes said.

In staying open, Red Wing is taking extra precautions to keep employees and customers safe. They have limited the number of customers in the store to two at a time. Additionally, they have limited their hours and stepped up their cleaning and sanitization efforts.
