Duluth Police say one of their officers was treated for minor injuries after their squad car was involved in a two-vehicle accident in Downtown Duluth.

Police spokesperson Ingrid Hornibrook says around 2:00 Friday afternoon, they responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Superior Street.

Hornibrook says the officer driving the squad car that was involved in the crash was taken to St. Luke's Hospital for minor injuries.

No other injuries have been reported, and the incident is under investigation.
