The Duluth Police Department (DPD) announced their partnership with Tip411 to provide a way for the public to submit tips anonymously.

According to a news release, DPD said they rely on citizens to be their eyes and ears to keep the community safe, but also understand that anonymity is important for individual and family safety.

People can fill out a short form online.

It asks for information on:

-What/subject

-Where/location

-Details/description

The form also allows people to attach photos or videos.
