According to a press release, members engaging in strenuous physical activity, those who are swimming, and youth under 2 years of age will not be required to wear masks.  Staff at the YMCA will continue to wear face masks throughout their shifts to create the safest possible environment for all.

YMCAs across the country have been leaders in creating safe programming for youth and adults throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Duluth Area Family YMCA remains committed to serving the Northland with programs and services that are both innovative and safe for all.

The YMCA’s day camp programs and early education programs have openings available now.  For more information, visit duluthymca.org.
