Whether it’s safe to get vaccinated if you have an underlying health conditions or learning about the differences between the available vaccinations, people no doubt have plenty of questions about the COVID-19 vaccine.

As the Northland navigates the next chapter in the fight against COVID-19, WDIO joined other Duluth media outlets in a day-long effort called “COVID-19 Vaccine: Finding Answers”.

On Wednesday, WDIO – along with CBS 3, KBJR 6, KQDS Fox 21, WDSE and the Duluth News Tribune – featured health experts during our news broadcasts to answer questions surrounding the COVID-19 vaccines. Each media outlet produced stories to be aired during a live, hour-long special hosted by Dennis Anderson.  Additional health professionals were on hand to answer additional questions and provide information to our viewers.

The special aired on WDSE and was streamed on WDIO.com and our digital channels.
