Duluth Mayor Emily Larson tests positive for COVID-19

She had been quarantining with symptoms, tested Wednesday, and got her result back Thursday. 

According to an earlier tweet, she is vaccinated and boosted, and this is her first COVID infection.

So far on this 2nd day of quarantine we have:

- received my positive covid result!
- binge watched Ozark!
- made tator tot waffles!
- taken lots of tylonol!
- consumed bags of cough drops!
- complained a lot abt feeling crappy!

Not ideal but thx to science so far manageable!

The mayor also said on Twitter that she was supposed to be speaking at the Heartland Forward Summit this week. 

COVID-19 cases are rising again in Minnesota.
