It's Football Friday here at GMN! Mayo-certified Wellness Coach Berta Lippert joined Dana and Maarja in her Vikings gear to share a great gameday recipe: Barbecue Chicken Pizza!
12" whole grain thin pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
12 oz baked or grilled all natural chicken breast diced or shredded
1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
3-4 tablespoons low sodium BBQ sauce
1/4 small to medium red onion sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Mix garlic with olive oil, and spread over pizza crust.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top of the oil and garlic mixture.
Place cooked chicken over entire crust.
Drizzle BBQ sauce across the pizza.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over chicken and top with red onion.
Bake according to pizza crust directions (usually 5-10 minutes at 425 F).
Top with fresh cilantro.

146 calories, 6g fat, 12g protein, 179mg sodium, 2g sugar, 13g carbs
