United Way of Northeastern MN along with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) are giving up to four homeless veterans a four bedroom, three bathroom transitional home to live in in Hibbing.
With plenty of fisheries to explore along the North Shore, one organization is aiming to get more out on the water.
The neighborhood is holding a special ceremony this Memorial Day, honoring local fallen veterans. It starts at 9 a.m. on the corner of Commonwealth Ave. and Stow St.
