The department says the camera, at an undisclosed Minnesota nest, has already documented visitors each day since last week.  The camera includes an infared feature that can show visitors such as mice that come by the nest at night.

The live video is fed via YouTube, and visitors can go back up to four hours to catch up on what's been happening at the nest.  The video is also embedded on a page on the DNR website that has more information about bald eagles in Minnesota.

This is the sixth year that the DNR has offered an EagleCam.  The Nongame Wildlife Program funds the camera.
