Wednesday was delivery day for those gestures of hope, along with blankets and craft kits.

Bennett Young and Liam Murray were the patient ambassadors at the Essentia Health Cancer Center, and seemed excited about their craft kits.

This is the third year that Subaru of America and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society have teamed up for this event.

Miller Hil Subaru General Manager Joe Plucinak said, "It's great to give back. I wish more local businesses got involved and gave back to people like cancer patients. It puts compassion, and love, and a little heart, outside of just the hospital. To let them know other people do care in the community, and are praying for them."

There was also a donation at St. Luke's Regional Cancer Center.
