A 40-year-old Cloquet man battling aggressive brain cancer has now had to stop working. Jim Hagerl worked at Northwoods Children's Services, but is now on disability.

We introduced you to Jimmer when he was running Grandma's Marathon last year, treatment and all. He told Chelsie Brown that running gave him a way to help deal with the stress of the disease. 

His wife, Jess, said Monday that he did finish in under 4 hours!

Jess also has been dealing with some health problems as well. They are down to her income now, to manage these medical bills.
