One of Amazon's rivals is delivering some holiday savings to its customers. For the first time, Target is offering free two-day shipping on all items. There's no minimum purchase involved. The deal starts next month and runs until December 22nd.

Facebook has a new "Messenger" app. Facebook says "Messenger 4" is simpler to use, because it consolidates the app's features into three major sections. The new app rolls out for its 1.3 billion monthly users, in the next few weeks.
