A forewarning to anyone that's seen the movie that 'All Star' by Smash Mouth is not one of the songs in the play. Instead, there are all-new musical numbers that students have been working hard to perfect for audiences. Senior Sadie Hunter, who plays Fiona, says the music adds to her character.

"I feel like Fiona has such a vibrant personality and I feel like the songs bring that even more to life," she says.

A big, green ogre is not the type of role that senior Matthew Minor ever expected to play, but is enjoying every second of it.

"It's not necessarily about what musical for me" he explains. "It's more about doing the musical with this great group of people..."

Shows run Friday, May 10 through Sunday May 12 at Superior High School. On Saturday from 3:30 to 5 p.m., there will be a 'Fariy Tale Tea Party' complete with games, music and character meet and greets. Children who go to that will get a free pair of ogre ears and a ticket to any performance. Click here to buy tickets.
