This time around, host Kurt Walbeck says the program is focusing on hunting and fishing stories of individuals around the Midwest.

The season kicks off with a trip down to New Zealand. Walbeck and his crew will be hunting Red Stag Deer on an island off the southern coast. The team will also be traveling to Northern Manitoba this season to do some walleye fishing.

The show will also highlight a special trip out to Wyoming to help put on a dream hunt for a young man with a spinal cord injury.

"We're lucky. We get a chance to grow up in an area where we hunt and fish. For a lot of people around the world, they don't get that opportunity," he explains.

He wants people to realize that these outdoor activities are something to behold and shouldn't be taken for granted.

Folks in Duluth this week will have a chance to meet the host and crew at the Boat, Sports, Travel and RV show. They'll be putting on a few seminars through the weekend. Different hunting and fishing pros will also be around their booth to give some tips as well.

New episodes for Outdoor Bound TV begin Saturday, March 3. Click here to learn more about the show.
