The Duluth Playhouse Family Season is hosting an international touring production on Saturday called 'MouseHole Cat.'

"It's an international tour from England," Amber Burns, the Artistic Director for  the Duluth Playhouse, said.  "The professional company, Cousin Jacks, is coming to Duluth, MN and performing 'MouseHole Cat.'"

The story is based off a Cornish folktale and a children's book.  Without giving too much away, Burns said it's about a fisherman and his cat who brave a storm to go fishing for the town.

The Duluth Playhouse did a story book tour around Duluth to get kids excited.

"We had great fun making our own storm and making sounds of rain," Burns said.  "I think they're pretty excited."

It's a great event for the family, but if you can't make it to this, the Duluth Playhouse has plenty going on this season.

They'll be performing Treasure Island, Frozen Jr., Matilda, and more.

'Mousehole Cat' performances are at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the Duluth Playhouse Family Theatre.  For $5 off, use the coupon code: FRIENDSHIP.
